Touchless car wash
When washing a car, there are two main options: hand or machine washing. Summit hand car wash is gentler on your car's paint than machine car washes, which use harsh chemicals and brushes that can scratch the surface of your vehicle. At Summit, we use softer materials, such as microfiber towels and gentle detergents, to clean and gently wash your car's exterior.
How often should I wash my car?
It depends on various factors like weather conditions, driving frequency, and where you park your car. However, a general rule of thumb is to wash your vehicle at least once a month to ensure that bird droppings and other contaminants are removed before they can damage the paintwork.

Can I wash my car at home?
Yes, you can wash your car at home, but it's essential to use proper cleaning products and techniques to avoid damaging your car's paint or finish. Also, be mindful of local water restrictions and environmental regulations. For example, you are not permitted to wash cars on hard surfaces such as a driveway or the road because of the runoff of contaminated water into the stormwater system and our rivers and harbour. If you are washing your car at home, you must clean it on a soft surface like a lawn.

What is the best way to clean my car's wheels?
The best way to clean your car's wheels is to use a dedicated wheel cleaner that's safe for your type of wheels. Also, use a soft-bristled brush or a microfiber towel to scrub the wheels gently. At Summit, we also use high-pressure water to ensure your wheels are cleaned to perfection.
Can washing my car damage my car's paint?
If you use the wrong type of car wash or techniques, you can damage your car's paint or finish. It's essential to choose a car wash that's appropriate for your vehicle and follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully. Summit recommends hand car washing as the safest washing method.

How much does a car wash cost?
